A regular and disciplined practice is the path to success.
Founded by Silvia López Romero in 2019, CPYOGA L’ELIANA was borne out of a long-lasting commitment to this life philosophy and shares CPYOGA Lisbon’s guiding principles:
- To uphold the technical and traditional qualities of yoga teaching, while allowing the healthy contribution of western sciences to complement this art’s oriental roots;
- To organise training programmes that honour individual needs and respect each participant’s natural progress rate;
- To promote a stimulating and familiar practice and social interaction dynamic between students and teachers, through personalised teaching in small groups;
- To cultivate a positive mindset and a sense of humour.
The yoga centre is located at C/Valencia n-10, in La Eliana, a municipality of the province of Valencia, in Camp del Turia county.
Reaching the centre by public transport: L’Eliana, metro line 2. And by car: there is free parking available two minutes away from the centre and you can also park in one of the adjacent streets.
When hunger strikes, you can find a varied selection of reputable restaurants nearby, such as: La Boibella, El Chalet, El Celler, Restaurante Japonés Tao and Tapas del Sur.
Once happily fed, you can take a stroll and visit Torre del Virrey (dating back to the sixteenth century) or explore the forested 22 thousand square metres of the beautiful La Pinada park, home to numerous animal and plant species and a variety of pleasant environments to enjoy.
Near the yoga centre, you can also find avant-garde shops, hairdressers, tearooms, ice-cream parlours and the El Osito shopping centre.
