Yoga in Santo Tirso

Practicing Yoga in Santo Tirso, with quality training and personalized support, is possible.

At CPYOGA in Santo Tirso, classes are taught by instructor Rosalina Martins, a former student who graduated from CPYOGA Lisboa in 2014, who maintains the criteria and teaching principles she learned.

Bringing with her all the know-how and knowledge she acquired as a student, she also brings her personal sensitivity, developed over several years of Yoga practice. This allows you to relate to each student in an individualized and attentive way.

Classes are divided into beginner, intermediate and advanced levels, depending on the need. The student will be placed in a class appropriate to their level of knowledge and experience, in the available times.

Anyone who has never attended Yoga classes is welcome!

Beginners

Classes programmed so that students can learn the basic techniques of Hatha Yoga in a progressive way, and adapted to their psychophysical pace.

Intermediate

Deepen the techniques learned. Coordinate the movement with the breath. Mental state of greater concentration is the conductor to your Yoga practice.

Advanced

Learning and progression in the most advanced techniques of Hatha Yoga. Transmission of “Jnana” knowledge and “Shakti” power from teacher to student.

Directions

CPYOGA Santo Tirso is located in S. Tomé Negrelos,  in Santo Tirso, 8 km north.

To get to CPYOGA, take the N105 towards Santo Tirso/Guimarães to the town of Negrelos, then turn right on the N209-2 towards Roriz/Raimonda.

You can use the bus as the most appropriate public transport, and the Arriba company has a stop right in front of the Yoga Center.

CPYOGA Santo Tirso has private parking for 10 to 12 vehicles.
As free public parking, the place offers capacity for about 6 to 8 more vehicles.

Healthy living

The Center is located 200 meters from Miraves Restaurant and Algodoce Pastry, where you can have your meals and/or snacks.

Peaceful mind

We recommend a visit to Parque da Rabada, located at the exit of Santo Tirso, towards CPYOGA Santo Tirso, 6 Kms away.

It is located on the bank of the river Ave, a space with lots of vegetation, leisure facilities, outdoor sports, walkway along the river, and a cafe/restaurant for meals.

This green space is really the most relevant of the place.
