Regular practice and disciplined lessons are the path to all achievement.
Instructor Nely Peña arrived at the Uruguay-Brazil border in 2013, and in 2014 she opened CPYOGA Chui, motivated by the acceptance that her classes have among students from Uruguay and Brazil.
As it is a border town, it adapts instructions to both languages.
Holds annual retreats and master classes.
CPYOGA Chui follows the guiding principles of CPYOGA Lisbon:
Classes programmed so that students can learn the basic techniques of Hatha Yoga in a progressive way, and adapted to their psychophysical pace.
Deepen the techniques learned. Coordinate the movement with the breath. Mental state of greater concentration is the conductor to your Yoga practice.
Learning and progression in the most advanced techniques of Hatha Yoga. Transmission of “Jnana” knowledge and “Shakti” power from teacher to student.
CPYOGA Chui is located in the center of the city, on the Brazilian side, a few meters from the Turis firper hotel and the Bertelli hotel.
You can travel on Route 9, and use the buses available on Rutas del Sol, Cynsa or Nuñez, or on route 471 from Brazil.
There is free parking next to the CPYOGA centre.
In the “General Artigas” square, on the Uruguayan side, is the Plaza Hotel and the El Dorado supermarket and greengrocers, 200 meters from the Hotel Madruga.
Just two streets away is the avenue that divides Uruguay and Brazil—crossing the avenue you will find Brazilian restaurants and shops.
On “Avenida do Uruguai” there are duty-free shops, the “Free Shopping”—a great attraction for many Brazilian, Argentinean and Uruguayan tourists.
At 1274 Peru Street, you will find Kala Cafetería with a wide variety of fine pastries and bakery.
A few meters from CPYOGA Chui you can rest and relax at Forte San Miguel, or at Chuy beach (Barra de Chuy) and at San Hermenegildo beach on the Brazilian side.
