Ángel Martínez Sorli studied with Carlos Rui Teacher, and in 2014 decided to found CPYOGA Torrent.
The objective is to promote and spread the practice of Yoga, making it reach all possible segments of the population.
CPYOGA Torrent maintains the same teaching criteria as CPYOGA Lisbon, which basically are:
Preserve traditional, technical and philosophical teaching in the practice of Yoga
Organize teaching programs that respect the natural particularities of practitioners, and the natural rhythm of progression of each one
Promote a stimulating and healthy practice and interaction between students and faculty, through a personalized teaching structure, based on small classes.
Cultivate a good mood and sense of humor.
Dynamic and challenging Hatha Yoga classes that contribute to your balance and inner development, using support material if necessary.
Respect your specific characteristics, your objectives, and level of practice. Specialized support material, allows you to evolve safely.
Classes programmed so that students can learn the basic techniques of Hatha Yoga in a progressive way, and adapted to their psychophysical pace.
Deepen the techniques learned. Coordinate the movement with the breath. Mental state of greater concentration is the conductor to your Yoga practice.
Learning and progression in the most advanced techniques of Hatha Yoga. Transmission of “Jnana” knowledge and “Shakti” power from teacher to student.
