CPYOGA Valencia arose from a certain inner restlessness and the search for personal growth, but also from a happy meeting in the year 2000, between Carmen Lucas and Cristina Maspons with Carlos Rui Teacher and his CPYOGA method.
It was the year that led us to walk with Yoga, to want to learn more and more, submerging ourselves in the teachings of our teacher Carlos Rui. With him we trained for four years, and with him we opened our yoga center in Valencia in 2005.
Since then, Carlos Rui and Alexandra Sequeira Teachers have come to Valencia every year, continuing the training work and expanding the CPYOGA family.
Today we continue with the same will and motivation, learning and offering other people the possibility to start on this path of continuous evolution, self-knowledge and personal growth.
Classes programmed so that students can learn the basic techniques of Hatha Yoga in a progressive way, and adapted to their psychophysical pace.
Deepen the techniques learned. Coordinate the movement with the breath. Mental state of greater concentration is the conductor to your Yoga practice.
Learning and progression in the most advanced techniques of Hatha Yoga. Transmission of “Jnana” knowledge and “Shakti” power from teacher to student.
