The integration of awareness in the rhythm of movement, and how focused attention while staying in the postures, transforms your perception of practice.
In this course, attention localization techniques which allow safe progress in the different groups of postures are approached, taking into account the factors of assimilation and absorption of Prana (energy) dynamized in practice.
Specific material is used taking into account the characteristics and particular physical conditions of the students, with the aim of facilitating and consolidating awareness of breathing and the correct execution of the postures.
