For anyone interested in the practice of Yoga.
This class is free and is specifically intended for those who have never practised, but are curious and interested in trying out the practice of Yoga.
It allows the student to have a first contact with the practice of Yoga, and feel the benefits that this ancient practice can produce in their well-being and inner tranquillity.
The class consists of a sequence of postures (ásana) adapted to the needs of each one, ending with a pleasant relaxation technique so that the student ends up revitalized and relaxed.
After this first experience, the student will be able to sign up for regular weekly classes, in order to continue their practice.
