Inspiring and motivating others in the discovery of Yoga is my daily Karma Yoga.

The demand for an autonomous method of inner development, led me in 1977, to practice Hatha-Yoga techniques.

After a few years devoted exclusively to the practice and due to requests from friends and acquaintances, I started teaching in 1985, without losing sight of the fact that a teacher is just a mere instrument for the perpetuation and transmission of this art.

As part of my Hatha-Yoga practice and basic training, I attended yoga instructor training courses in Portugal, England and India, taking teacher courses at:

• U.N.Y.
• B.W.Yoga
• Bihar School of yoga, Munger
• Kriya and Sat Karma course in London with Prof. Sri Indranat
• Kriya and Yoganidra course in Bihar, Índia
• Attended the Iyengar institute, in Pune (1990-2007)

Yoga is a practical method of life, which involves a healthy and constructive transformation of our existence and this fact has opened up the gates of worlds and experiences to me that were supposed to only be a part of books and theoretical concepts.

Inspiring and motivating others in the discovery of Yoga is my daily Karma Yoga. Today, nearly 40 years after starting the practice of Yoga, it continues to be a source of inspiration and compassion for all those with whom I meet in life.
