An end to stress… A healthier and happier life.
I have been practicing Yoga since 1998. I took the teacher training course from 2006 to 2009, at the Centro Português de Yoga and I began to teach in 2008.
Although I had spent my whole life as a passionate ballet dancer, and then as a gymnast, it was Yoga that helped me put an end to a super stressful life and allowed me to create a much healthier and happier one.
Mother of four, I find tranquillity and peace in the practice of Yoga. Such tranquillity improves my quality of life and my ability to cope with adverse situations.
