Focus, strength, and balance are some of the guiding principles in Yoga lifestyle that I find attractive.

I have been in contact with Yoga and the Yoga lifestyle since birth. Around 2004, I decided to start practicing Yoga in a serious way and to take the CPYOGA teaching training course.

I am passionate about radical activities (aerial acrobatics, climbing, bouldering), and ballroom dancing; Yoga is an integral part of attaining good physical and mental performance in these activities – where creativity, flexibility, and aesthetic beauty are paramount.

I love giving Yoga classes. I like to guide each individual to their full potential during practice, always with a good sense of humor and mindset – essential in Yoga practice.
